MRS reversal circuit with Softstarter
The hitherto electronic reversal circuits are based on the principle of electronic load relays, whereby a phase is interchanged only for the direction rotation change. The circuit takes place in contact less manner and without wear and tear in the zero-crossing. High switching sequences with change in rotation direction has consequentially higher load or stress on the engaged transfer elements.
Is also available with soft start up.
The MRS- Reversal circuit has an integrated soft start up, so that a very soft acceleration takes place in each direction of rotation. This avoids the premature wear and tear at the transfer elements like for example drive belt, chains etc even though a small delay is set in the start up.
The illustrated device is suitable for the motor performances up to 4 kW. For this performance also the associated cooling plate is constructed. The reversal circuit can however be delivered also for larger motor performances.
The delay between 1-10 s can be set using the potentiometer.
The controls take place using the 24 V- Signals at max. 50 mA.
The maximum load voltage should be 480 V AC.
The dimensions are 105 x 85 x 50 mm including snap mounting. In case of smaller performances or powers the part can also be assembled directly on the heat purging surface without the cooling plate.
