Display of interruption
If during the operation in one or both the controlled phases there is a short circuit then the interruption detector recognizes this. Reason for this may be semiconductor-defects, or the stuck one bypass relays. In this case the detector stops or prevents the switching over of the rotation direction and the ramping up. This condition is displayed by the Interruption-LED.
Start-up / Ramp
The start-up can be optimized by selecting the initial voltage (0% - 100%) and the ram time (0s-15s, longer time ranges available upon request). The ramp voltage can now reach the value of the current start-up voltage, whereby the voltage jumps (switching) during the switching over of ramp can be avoided.
Switching over the rotation direction
The direction of rotation can be changed in the Standby-Mode. The motor runs in the opposite direction of rotation after switching start up as per the start up settings. Likewise after switching over to ramp it slows down softly as per the deep run settings.
There is a further possibility of direct switch over during the operating mode (i.e. 3-4 closed, likewise 5-6 at +24V). After switching over the rotation direction (9-10 or 9-11 as per terminal allocation table), the device initially switches over to the ramp and shuts down the motor softly as per ramp down settings, in order to start up after that directly in the opposite rotation direction as per the acceleration settings.
